The conference will be held at Hotel Wyndham (荆州南国温德姆酒店), 228 Jingsha Avenue, Shashi District, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, China. The hotel is about 8 minutes drive from the Downtown Area, 10 minutes drive from the Jingzhou Ancient City, 15 minutes drive from the Jingzhou Train Station (a Taxi costs around 20 CNY). VISA INFORMATION

For overseas participants, if you need a hotel reservation confirmation letter to apply for a visa. Please contact Lu Keni, email 15912432453@163.com. If you require an invitation letter, please contact one of our LOC chairs. Note that international participants may require a visa to enter China. However, it was recently announced that citizens from certain countries are allowed to come to China visa-free for 15 days. The allowed countries are: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore (30 days), Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg. Please check with your own local Chinese embassy for the latest information.
